Labor unions have been there since the ancient times but there is no so much difference because they both perform the same functions as the today’s unions. Despite the benefits that come along with the labor unions there are also people who blame this unions for the many economic crisis taking place and they even suggest that these unions have become so powerful and will soon take over.

However workers need this kind of unions and they still need a union that will represent their problems to the managements.

One may ask whether these unions are still needed today and the answer is yes. There are also many issues that take place in these unions and the main reason is to prevent those who have from taking those who do not have for granted or even discriminating against them and also to make sure that they are working in good conditions.
